Accessibility Statement
Convolink Ltd is committed to making our website and application accessible to as many people as possible, in line with the Equality Act 2010.
Last updated: 25 September 2026
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA. This website has been designed so that you can:
- zoom up to 300% without text spilling off the screen;
- navigate using only a keyboard;
- use a screen reader such as NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver;
- read text with sufficient colour contrast;
- pause or reduce animation via your operating system's "reduce motion" setting.
The Convolink application provides automatic captions and transcripts for every video, adjustable playback speed and keyboard shortcuts for the player.
Known limitations
- Automatic captions may contain errors, particularly with strong accents or specialist vocabulary. Captions can be edited by the video owner.
- Some older embedded videos created before 2025 may not include an audio description track.
We are working to resolve these issues and will update this statement as improvements ship.
Feedback and alternative formats
If you find something inaccessible or need information in a different format (large print, easy read, audio), please contact accessibility@convolink.co.uk. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
Enforcement
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Equality Act 2010. If you are not happy with how we respond to a complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 25 September 2026 following a self-assessment against WCAG 2.2 AA using automated tooling and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing. It is reviewed every 12 months.
