Modern Slavery Statement
This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Convolink Ltd takes to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chains.
Last updated: 25 September 2026
Our business
Convolink Ltd is a UK software company providing an async video messaging platform. Our workforce is primarily UK-based, skilled and directly employed. We publish this statement voluntarily, regardless of whether our turnover exceeds the statutory threshold, because we believe transparency matters.
Our supply chains
Our supply chain consists mainly of cloud infrastructure, software tooling, professional services and office facilities. We assess the risk of modern slavery in these categories as low, but not zero, particularly in hardware manufacturing and facilities management further down the chain.
Policies and due diligence
- All suppliers are asked to confirm compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 as part of onboarding.
- Our Supplier Code of Conduct prohibits forced, bonded or child labour and requires fair wages and safe working conditions.
- Employees can raise concerns confidentially through our whistleblowing policy, protected under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998.
- We pay at least the Real Living Wage to all staff and contractors working on our premises.
Training
Staff involved in procurement and people operations receive training on recognising and responding to the signs of modern slavery.
Effectiveness
We review this statement annually and track the percentage of tier-one suppliers who have confirmed compliance (target: 100%). No instances of modern slavery were identified or reported in the last financial year.
